I took my car in and received an alignment today. Ordinarily this would not rate such a positive review however I had taken my car to New country mini in Hartford late last year and they advised me I had to replace numerous components on the front end which I wasn’t unable to do at the time. Ray Catiena affirmed all I needed was an alignment. I am so glad that Ray Catena Mini is a honest shop, they saved me over $1500.

Hit a pothole the size of Rhode Island and my "tire needs air" light went on immediately. I drove to the closest gas station but it wouldn't hold air. In January our 2014 Mini Paceman broke down on the NJ Garden State Parkway on our way home to upstate NY and needed to be towed to Mini Monmouth. We called and notified Kevin that the car was being towed in. What can I say about the Service team Danielle and Kevin at MINI Monmouth, that hasn't been said before. They always make a trip there a pleasure even when having to take care of expensive maintenance. My recent visit was not what I expected but Danielle made sure that I had the best deal and took care of my problem as she always does, with a warm smile and a calm demeanor. My tire sensor light came on due to the change in the weather from warm to very cold. I put air in my tires but the Low Tire Warning Light would not go out. I contacted the main number & Jen who is always cheerful and friendly put me thru to Kevin who provided me with detailed instructions on how to reset my tire sensor. I cracked a rim. After my confusion about whether it needed to be replaced, they reminded me that it did. Also got an oil change and nicely cleaned car, even though it was raining.

Car was within two weeks of the end of 4 year warranty. They performed service that wasn’t legally required. And charged us zero. Wonderful people, wonderful service. Since the work was going to take a few hours, they gave us a car and directions to shopping and lunch. Exceptional service and care. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I brought my car in for routine maintenance and ended up finding out that some water had gotten into the car (my fault) and would need substantial repairs. Came here to price out a lease on a Mini for my girlfriend. This is my second Mini and I absolutely love my MINI.....its an amazing car. Recently I had trouble with my 2 year old Clubman that is leased (my first lease btw). Live in Manhattan and got a flat on my way to visiting friends in NJ Friday night and then family in PA on Saturday and Sunday. Took the car here on Saturday morning. They didn't have my tire in stock but gave me a loaner car so I could continue my weekend travels. Had to travel back from Manhattan on Monday evening to pick up my car but they saved my weekend. I have been coming to MIni of Monmouth since moving down here in 2016. I've had very positive service experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! They always greet you upon arrival and take great care of your vehicle. They perform a complete inspection. Kevin even replaced the battery in my keyfob! Yeah! No more annoying indicator when turning on my ignition. Once completed, Kevin came over to explain what the problem was that they uncovered. Your vehicle is returned to you washed and ready to go. It gives me great confidence to drive away and enjoy the ride!

What can I say...It was a good experience all around. Danielle is a pleasure to deal with,after a scheduling conflict on she quickly informed me and rescheduled my appointment, and was given a loaner to make my life easier. The only negative if anything can be a negative is in the past my car was washed after service was completed this time it wasn't. I figured it was a busy day at the dealership, it really was ok because it forced me to exercise I had to wash my car myself. 😁

Kevin and Danielle are a super team in the service dept. went into service for a tire lock problem and plugged my car in and needed so many services done that i was un aware of and they were free dint even know they did ll my services no problem and fixed my wheel lock problem within an hour and i was on my way always a great experience there danielle is always awesome would always recommend this dealership

I had my first experience with service fro your dealership and I couldn't be happier. Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to add services that weren't necessary. Honestly, I thought I would be paying a lot more for the an oil change at the dealer, but the extras made it all worth it.

I purchased my Mini here almost 4 years ago, and though it's far from where I live, the great customer service keeps me coming back. Danielle and Kevin have been really helpful and accommodating since I always wait for the service on site. The facility is well maintained; the complimentary coffee, bagels, water, and wait area make it easy to get some work done while I wait for my car.

We just took delivery on a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman and it was probably the best experience we have had with a dealer! With the help of our salesman Matt Lipstein, who was very patient with our slow moving process, we got a really good deal. Like all purchases you have to shop around... we found that other Mini dealers were charging $199 for glass etching, $200 more than Mini of Monmouth charges for documentation fee, and even $95 to detail the car... all non-negotiable. $95 to detail a brand new car? None of that with Mini of Monmouth... if you want a Mini these ...
This is my 4th Mini - all from Mini of Monmouth (and it’s not the closest dealership). I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are always on point, putting customer service and satisfaction first - from the initial sale all the way through the last service appointment. Car comes back washed, waiting room is very comfortable and well stocked w/coffee etc, they really do go out of their way to make you feel special every time!

Ideal location.... quality service... very reasonable costs. Spoke with Kevin initially and he was able to sugggest an ideal ‘first time’ service for my newly purchased 2009 Mini Cooper S. Kevin was also able to get a same day appointment! Danielle was expecting me and greeted me by name. Danielle was knowledgeable throughout the process including a clear clarification of my bill. During a routine oil change, a very thorough technician found a bubble on the outside wall of my right rear tire which I never picked up on. A very serious issue which could have led to a very serious road issue. He promptly found a new replacement and problem solved....plus added new wipers at no cost. Another reason why we love Mini Of Monmouth!
I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. I had bought a 2016 Mini as a second car (from an auto broker) and brought the car in for servicing and an overall "check". Kevin Fitzgerald could have told me I needed anything from soup to nuts but was honest with the condition of the car. He told me I didn't even need my oil changed yet. I am grateful for his honesty and professionalism. When it is time to trade my 2016 Mini in for another this is the dealership I will buy from.
